Selling hospitality before the doors open
Seat Unique sells premium sports and entertainment hospitality, which means asking clients to spend serious money on spaces they have never been inside. We built them a VR sales tool that puts a prospective buyer inside the suite before the conversation about price even starts.The brief was straightforward and the execution was not: every environment had to feel true to the real venue, the lighting had to work across a headset without the uncanny valley problems that make bad VR look worse than a photograph, and the experience had to be short enough to run during a sales meeting without losing the room. We worked directly with the Seat Unique commercial team to map the sales process first, then built the experience around the specific objections and decision moments that their team encounters most.
Building environments that sell
Each VR environment was built from venue reference material, architectural plans and on-site captures. We modelled and lit every suite to match the real-world experience as closely as the hardware allows, then added the layer that a site visit cannot: the ability to experience a sold-out crowd, a live event atmosphere, the view from your seat before you commit.The tool runs on standalone headsets with no tethering, no laptop required, which matters when your sales team is in a partner's boardroom. We kept the UX to a short guided flow because the goal is not to create a game, it is to accelerate a commercial decision. Navigation is minimal. The environments do the work.
B2B sales technology with a real ROI case
The tool was built to sit inside an existing sales process, not replace it. Our focus was on the moments where VR adds something a brochure or a video call cannot: spatial scale, atmosphere, the felt sense of being somewhere premium.Seat Unique's sales team used it at partner events, in client meetings and at their own London HQ showroom. The success of the VR sales tool led directly to the next project: a permanent 4K LED wall installation at Seat Unique's London headquarters to display the VR content and brand films in a showroom environment. When a tool earns a follow-on installation, it did what it was supposed to do.
