Digital Producer
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Digital Producer to come on board in an exciting period of rapid expansion, joining our growing production team to create world-class visualisation and immersive technology solutions. This role is perfect for a Producer who loves and has an in-depth understanding of innovation and technology who wishes to be a part of all different types of projects.
ABOUT YOU
You have a solid understanding of the relationship between technology and design, coupled with demonstrable experience with relevant software and processes. You should be unafraid to take risks, explore new technologies and assert your own ideas while working comfortably with the rest of your team, other departments and clients. You use both the left and right sides of their brain, willing to find solutions to problems with a positive and energetic attitude.
TASKS
- Oversee the production of interactive (digital/web/XR/game) production
- Take briefs from clients and foster long-lasting relationships with them
- Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns
- Create concepts and designs for new digital projects
- Coordinate with project directors to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld
- Prepare accurate status reports
- Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Direct a team of developers, designers, and strategists to ensure that the final product is consistent with the client’s vision
- Provide cost estimates and quotations, and monitor budgets
- Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web design, video editing, and graphic design.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Previous experience within interactive (digital/web/XR/game) production
- Have practical knowledge of Digital Production Methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced in building teams for varied project types; using both internal resources and our network of global talent
- Knowledgeable in delivering projects of different technology types
- This is not a Live-action, content or Event Producer role. Whilst these are all valuable as supplementary experiences, the must-have requirement is a solid background in projects within the digital sphere, ideally; Web, Games, XR and Experiential.
Please note, this is a London based position. Solarflare mostly works remotely but we anticipate time in the office will be required particularly for projects involving hardware.
Salary dependant on experience.

SENIOR UNITY DEVELOPER
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Developer to come on board in an exciting period of rapid growth, joining our dynamic creatives, developers and producers to create world-class visualisation and immersive technology solutions. You’ll play a key part in building highly innovative immersive solutions across a wide range of subjects, seeking out opportunities to bring insight and add value in shaping the way we work.
ABOUT YOU
A comfortable communicator and collaborator, you have a ‘can do’ attitude and thrive as a contributing member of a creative team. You are comfortable joining customer meetings and talking in lay terms and also talking in detail to other developers. You hate feeling bored, you’re at your best when you’re thrown a variety of challenges and can adapt quickly and think on your feet. You’re obsessed with new technologies and want to design human-centric experiences for a digital world. You have a keen interest in prototyping and pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible.
TASKS
- Transform ideas and concepts into engaging, interactive experiences
- Overseeing small teams of developers and mentoring junior team members
- Join client meetings as part of our team to help ensure ideas are technically deliverable and offer solutions if not.
- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding the status of projects
- Participate in effective strategies and development pipelines
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
- Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of all projects
- Identify processes, application bottlenecks and bugs
ASKS
- Previous experience within interactive (digital/web/XR/game) production
- Strong commercial experience with Unity and/or Unreal
- Deep knowledge of C++ or C# languages, data structures and algorithms
- Working experience with source versioning (Git or Bitbucket)
- Experience with WebGL, three.js, A-frame, etc and an understanding of delivering web and browser based experiences
- Experience with native iOS/Android development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
