Become the Brand is a live activation that turns a single guest photo into a premium, photoreal branded video. A person walks up, takes their picture on a screen, chooses the output they want, and moments later watches themselves become the driver of an F1 car, the face of a fashion campaign, the athlete in the kit. The person is unmistakably them: their face, their skin tone, their hair, their expression. Everything around them belongs to the brand.We built this because brand activations have earned a reputation for the wrong kind of novelty. For years the format was the photo booth, where your face is pasted onto someone else's body and the seams always show. Premium brands quietly stayed away, because a gimmick is not worth their logo. What changed is the fidelity. The output finally looks like the brand would sanction it, and that is the whole point.
The Hard Part Is Keeping Everything the Same
The difficulty in this work is not making something impressive once. It is making the brand look identical across every single guest, all night, at an event with a queue. Logo placement has to sit in exactly the same position on exactly the same garment. The racing suit renders the same weave, the same colour, the same seams for a thousand different people. The background and the foreground of the scene never drift.We solved this by controlling the frame rather than trusting the model. We build our own branded references, our own racing suits, our own logo maps, and we compose garments that concentrate on the upper torso so the eye, and the brand, stays where it matters. Reference imagery and prompting are tuned per activation until the output holds its shape without a human checking every frame. That is the difference between a demo and something you can put in front of a client's audience.
