The master builders at LEGO Technic created an unbelievable 1:1 replica scale model of the Lamborghini Sian supercar. They came to us to help them unveil their latest collaboration to the world with a stunning limited edition set that required an equally as mesmerising consumer-facing web experience.

Our solution was to create an all-virtual launch event using Unreal Engine to showcase every angle of the LEGO Technic Sian, with every element in fine detail.
We created a microsite where users were able to immerse themselves in a 180° video experience.
To date, the experience has been shared across both the LEGO and Lamborghini social media channels, both with incredible reach to their audiences.
The experience began with us being introduced to the LEGO® Technic Lamborghini Sián FKP 37, a model that encapsulates the pursuit of excellence embedded in the DNA of both Automobili Lamborghini and the LEGO Group.
Driving around the LEGO workbench users were giving the unique opportunity to get behind the drivers wheel of this iconic model.
We then took the users on a journey of speed through the Transformation Tunnel, where the 1:8 model transformed in front of their eyes to become the amazing LEGO® Technic 1:1 real-life replica, getting a glimpse of what the real Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 is capable of.
All 400,000 pieces of the real-life model were recreated digitally and viewable in this interactive dynamic 180º film. Through the use of innovative effects, the narrative cleverly emphasised the virtual nature of the experience, playing with scale to create mesmerising visuals.
Allowing users to see two iconic cars next to each other, in rolled the Lamborghini Sian FKP 37. Highlighting the amazing job that the LEGO team did in recreating the iconic forms of the Lamborghini Sian.
The audience was introduced to key members of the LEGO and Lamborghini teams, which we seamlessly composted into the virtual environment alongside both the LEGO and real Lamborghini Sian. They provided exclusive insight into the craftsmanship and expertise that both brands are known for.
By incorporating green screen footage, we unified all elements within the virtual setting, ensuring that the body language and interactions of the team members contributed to a fully immersive and personalised experience for users across each moment.
